Welcome to Tritax Taxis Ltd, trading as Tritax Taxis of Tidworth. By booking, using, or visiting our website tritax-taxis.co.uk, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. General Information

Tritax Taxis Ltd provides private hire, airport transfers, corporate transport, and minibus services across Tidworth, Salisbury, and Wiltshire.

2. Bookings

All bookings must be made through our official channels, which include:

  • Through our partner or business accounts (if applicable)

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking without prior notice if deemed necessary for safety or operational reasons.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Quotes provided through our online system or by phone are estimates and may vary depending on traffic conditions, route changes, waiting times, or additional requests.

Payment methods accepted:

  • Cash to the driver
  • Major credit/debit cards
  • Approved account billing for corporate customers

A minimum charge or deposit may apply to certain bookings (e.g., long-distance or airport transfers).

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time for local bookings and 12 hours before airport transfers.
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a full fare charge.

Refunds will only be issued if the booking is cancelled in accordance with our policy.

5. Waiting Time and Delays

Drivers will wait up to 10 minutes for standard bookings and 45 minutes for airport collections after the flight has landed.
Additional waiting time charges may apply at the standard hourly rate.
Tritax Taxis Ltd is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen events such as traffic, weather conditions, or road closures.

6. Luggage and Personal Belongings

Passengers are responsible for their belongings. Tritax Taxis Ltd does not accept liability for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Please ensure luggage is safely stored and does not obstruct or damage the vehicle.

7. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must behave respectfully towards drivers and other passengers.
We reserve the right to refuse transport to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or anyone behaving in an abusive or unsafe manner.
Any damage to vehicles caused by passengers will be charged in full to the booking party.

8. Child Safety

It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that appropriate child seats are used in accordance with UK law.
Tritax Taxis Ltd can provide child seats upon request, subject to availability.

9. Airport and Long-Distance Transfers

Customers must provide correct flight numbers and contact details when booking.
We monitor flight times where possible, but delays or missed flights are the passenger’s responsibility.

10. Account Customers

Corporate or regular customers may open a business account subject to approval.
Invoices are payable within 30 days of issue unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may incur additional charges or result in suspension of account services.

11. Liability

Tritax Taxis Ltd will take all reasonable measures to ensure your journey is safe and timely.
However, we are not responsible for any indirect loss, missed connections, or business interruption resulting from service delays or failures beyond our control.

12. Website Use

All content on tritax-taxis.co.uk is the property of Tritax Taxis Ltd.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without written permission.
We take reasonable steps to ensure the website is accurate and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

We comply with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR.
Personal data collected for bookings or quotes is used solely to provide our services.

14. Changes to Terms
